You are worried.  You know that you and your husband have been trying to get pregnant for six months.  What will he think of you if you can’t give him a baby?  What is wrong with you? Why is this happening to someone that wants a baby so badly?  All of these thoughts go through the mind of each person facing the thought of infertility. Add to this all of the stress of every day like such as making sure that you meet your boss’s needs and keeping your home together, and you find yourself stressed out to the max.  The problem with this is that the stress itself can be causing you to not be able to conceive even with the very best intentions.

Although many people worry, stress is a significantly more drastic approach.  If you are putting yourself in a position to be stressed, you will find that you are less likely to accomplish things the way that you used to.  What’s more is that you often find yourself facing countless more problems with each passing day.  If you are to overcome your condition and improve your life to become pregnant, stress has to be something you think about.

Stress causes the hormones in your body to go crazy.  Unfortunately, it takes a precise amount of the right hormones to gain conception ability.  If your body can’t have the right amount of hormones because you are too stressed for them to be regulated, you can’t conceive.

Your goal, then, is to find a way to relieve the stress that you experience in some way.  Take yourself out of the situation.  Help yourself to improve your overall health.  Get in more exercise.  Do things that make you happy.  When you incorporate these things into your lifestyle, you will increase your fertility.
